F&M Insurance Agency’s Challenge

F&M is an independent insurance agency with locations in Springfield and Morgan, Minnesota. They recently went online with their agency management system, which gave them the opportunity to upgrade their individual workstations. The conversion to online allowed them to eliminate two servers and onsite backup; however, they still needed to be able to connect with the Morgan location. By updating their workstations, F&M was looking to add dual monitor computers, online file backup, a hosted email server, antivirus and firewalls. They also wanted to transfer their domains.

They are most excited about having speakerphone and caller ID.  Now when somebody calls into their office building employee is able to see who is calling, and can grab the phone right away if they know it is for them.  An added benefit is that it has saved them on their monthly bill expense.
