A Commercial Account Associate is responsible for the administrative support of the sales process for commercial customers and assisting in prospecting new customers.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Assist with the business sales process.
- Schedule Territory Manager appointments by participating in outbound sales campaigns.
- Schedule and conduct quarterly quality reviews on select new and ongoing clients.
- Provide inter-department coordination and serve as primary commercial account information resource for Nuvera departments.
- Data Excellence: maintain and monitor CRM system to ensure account data is complete and accurate.
The follow skills and experience are Preferred:
- 2-year degree.
- 2 years of sales, marketing or client service experience, solid communication, and interpersonal relation skills.
