A B2B Sales Manager will coach and develop the Business Sales teams while developing and implementing growth opportunities through identifying, evaluating, developing, defining, pursuing, and negotiating business opportunities with partners and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Sales Team Leadership and Management: training and development, setting, monitoring, and measuring goals, coaching and mentoring the team, and conducting ride-a-longs and performance evaluations
  • Sales Activity: participating in business and civic organizations, pursuing initiatives for key clients, and collaborating with other departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Business Development: overseeing the sales process, utilizing communication and information tools (Salesforce and CRM), supporting the sales process, including creation and execution of plans, campaigns, and account development
  • Budgeting

The following skills and experience are preferred:

  • 4-year degree
  • 6 years of relative experience (supervisory and leadership skills)
  • Experience with customer service/support or sales skills
  • Experience and solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience and understanding of the Telecommunications industry and Salesforce expertise

Wage: 

The Salary range for this position is $61,000 – $91,000 annually with a Variable Compensation Plan based on education, certifications, and experience.
