A Sales Operations Manager coaches and develops the sales team while participating in business development initiatives, operational initiatives, and CAA Management. Supports the company’s rapidly growing sales organization and strategy. Oversees all aspects of sales operations including customer account management.
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
- Coach, develop and train the sales team on products and services processes
- Setting and monitoring goals for staff and creating progress reports toward goal achievements
- Business development initiatives; new product launches, communication/training on new products, and collaboration with other departments
- Operational initiatives; product change, customer touchpoints, inventory, billing, and tracking and reporting
- Assist in determining, setting, tracking, and reporting KPIs
The following skills and experience are preferred:
- 4-year degree
- 6-years of related experience (supervisory and leadership skills/experience along with customer service/support or sales skills/experience with solid communication and interpersonal skills)
- General understanding and interest in technology
