POP3
1. Select the Settings app
2. Select Accounts and Passwords on the left side
- Older OS versions may say Passwords and Accounts or Mail
3. Select Add Account on the right side
4. Select Other at the bottom of the box (you may need to scroll down)
5. Select Add Mail Account
6. Enter your name, full email address, and password
7. Select Next
8. Select POP at the top
9. Under “Incoming Mail Server”
10. Enter the host name: pop3.nuveramail.net
11. Enter the username: your full email address
12. Enter your password
13. Under “Outgoing Mail Server”
14. Enter the host name: smtp.nuveramail.net
15. Enter the username: your full email address
16. Enter your password
- Username and password are not optional even though it may say it is on the phone or tablet.
- Select Save or Next
17. At this time your iPad or iPhone may tell you that the account cannot be verified. Select Save or Next anyway. This will be corrected in the advanced section.
1. Select your account under “Accounts”
2. Scroll to the bottom and select “Advanced”
3. Make sure “Use SSL” is turned off
4. Server Port 110
5. Select your account name on the upper left of the window

- This will take you to the previous interface
6. Under “Outgoing Mail Server” select “SMTP”
7. Select the server listed under “Primary Server”
8. Make sure “Use SSL” is turned off
9. Authentication “Password”
10. Server Port: 25
11. Select Done
IMAP
1. Select the Settings app
2. Select Accounts and Passwords on the left side

- Enter the username: your full email address
- Enter your password
10. Under “Outgoing Mail Server”

- Enter the host name: smtp.nuveramail.net
- Enter the username: your full email address
- Enter your password

22. Select Done
