Glenn Zerbe, CEO/President
Mr. Zerbe became Nuvera’s Chief Executive Officer in 2019. Prior to joining Nuvera, Mr. Zerbe served as Vice President of Sales for Frontier. Mr. Zerbe has more than 20 years of sales and marketing leadership experience in the communications industry. He currently serves as Chair of Broadband Visions, Independent Emergency Services, and Vice Chair on the Fiber Minnesota Board of Directors. He is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and has an Executive MBA from Carnegie Mellon University-Tepper School of Business.
Barb Bornhoft, COO/Vice-President
Ms. Bornhoft has been with Nuvera for more than 30 years and is critical to our operating activities, research, and long-term strategic planning. Ms. Bornhoft holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management and Communications from Concordia University. Additional professional development courses have been in the areas of technology, human resources, management, and marketing. Ms. Bornhoft has been active in numerous community and industry organizations and events.
Curtis Kawlewski, CFO/Treasurer
Mr. Kawlewski began as CFO and Treasurer with Nuvera in 2009. Prior to that, he had many years in finance and accounting experience in the communications industry with companies such as Onvoy Voice Services and HickoryTech Corporation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Minnesota State University, Moorhead and holds his Certified Public Accounting License in Minnesota.
