iPhone/iPad
- Tap on Settings from your main screen
- Tap Accounts & Passwords
- Tap on your email account
- Tap on your email account again
- Scroll down to the Outgoing Mail Server and select “SMTP”
- Select the mail server listed under “Primary Server”
- Change authentication to “Password”
- Set the host name to smtp.nuveramail.net
- Use SSL should be switched on (This part is optional but for enhanced security)
- Set the server port to 465
- Set the username to your full email address
- Set the password to your email address password
- Click Done in the top right hand corner
- Click Account on your top left hand corner
- Click Done in the top right hand corner
Android
- Tap on Email
- Select your email address and tap on the 3 dots on the top right
- Click Settings
- Select your email address under Accounts
- Under Advanced Settings, tap Outgoing Settings
- Checkbox for ‘Require sign-in’
- Click Done
Outlook
- Open Outlook.
- On the Tools menu, click Account Settings
- Select the email account from the list and click Change
- On the Change Email Settings window, click More Settings
- Click the Outgoing Server tab and check the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication option
- Click the Advanced tab and change the Outgoing server (SMTP) port
- Change the port to 465 and select SSL from the encryption drop-down menu. (This part is optional but for enhanced security)
MacMail
- Open Mac Mail
- Choose Mail > Preferences
- Click Accounts
- Click On your Mail account
- Click on Server Settings
- Under Outgoing Mail server
- Make sure your Nuvera Account is selected
- Enter your username
- Enter your password
- Hostname is smtp.nuveramail.net
- Port is 465
- Authentication should be set to Password
- Click Save
