This is the perfect add-on for a new installation or service visit. Add it to your existing order and a Nuvera technician will stay to make sure your whole home is tech-ready before they leave.

Support Pro: Monthly or Annual Plan — $14.99/mo or $150/year
For households that want ongoing support and priority access, this plan has you covered all year long. It’s especially popular with customers who want reliable help without the tech headaches.

- No trip fees — we waive truck and trip fees for covered service calls.

Our field service technicians are trained to handle the full range of modern home network needs, including:

- Inside wiring — repair and maintenance of existing CAT5+, phone, and Ethernet lines

Support Pro is focused on connectivity and existing wiring. It does not cover new construction wiring (running new lines), electrical work, or hardware repair for devices not provided by Nuvera.
